From a young age, Ryan knew he wanted to build something of his own — a company grounded in integrity, quality, and doing the job right. After years of seeing shortcuts taken by others in the industry, he set out to create a business that holds itself to a higher standard.
Jessica Connors oversees operations and marketing at RC General Construction. With a background in finance and accounting, she manages project scheduling, administration, and day-to-day operations while leading the company’s marketing and brand presence.
Meet Nicole — the voice you’ll likely hear first when you call RC General Construction. With a background in the mortgage industry and years of customer service experience, she now serves as the friendly first point of contact, scheduling estimates, managing invoicing, and keeping everything organized behind the scenes to ensure a smooth, seamless client experience.
